The challenge

Ooni sells their pizza ovens and accessories through many different retail stores. As a high-end brand, this requires solutions that both reflect their brand and can be adapted to the individual retailer. At the same time, part of the logistics is handled via an external logistics center, which places extra demands on us in terms of handling and delivery.

Solution

In close collaboration with Ooni, we have developed a POS program that provides flexibility and variety across retailers. We deliver two annual orders directly from our production to their retailers and ensure that Ooni can supplement further through their logistics center.

Results

Ooni now has a broad POS program that strengthens their brand DNA and meets various retailer needs. Internally, they spend minimal resources on operations, while we ensure continuous development of their POS program with a focus on synergy and lower shipping, handling and replacement costs.

The challenge

With the launch of THE PILLOW, the need arose for a display solution that could handle five different pillow sizes in new exclusive tube cases. The display needed to be both functional and aesthetic, making it easy for customers to try out the pillows - while strengthening Dunlopillo's visual brand identity.

Solution

Nordshop developed an elegant cushion stand with:

  • Inclined podium that clearly presents and sells the tube cases
  • Bottom section with demo cushions in all five sizes
  • An exclusive design that reflects the quality and aesthetics of Dunlopillo

Results

The solution combines functionality and branding in a single expression. The display is an eye-catcher in the store and intuitively guides customers to the right pillow.

Kreafunk wanted a display solution that could keep up with the brand's evolution towards a more exclusive look. The solution had to be modular, flexible and long-lasting - with the ability to easily adapt to different product focuses and campaigns.

Solution

Nordshop designed a modern POS concept with:

  • Flexible podiums and modules that can be used individually or together
  • Shelving with hidden cable management and clean lines for a stylish look
  • Information boards and interactive functionality via the customer's smartphone
